Singapore Clients Visited Our Factory For Telescopic Crawler Crane SMQ500D
On July 7th, 2012, Singapore clients Mr. Ben and Mr. Jimmy visited our factory for 50 Ton Telescopic Crawler Crane. Mr. Ben is the buyer, he planned to use the crane for his construction company. He took his good friend Mr. Jimmy to inspect the crane together, Mr. Jimmy was from the reputed Singapore HUATIONG Company which specialized in the field of cranes for more than 20 years. They both were very professional. The clients said they were very satisfied with our crane quality and performance, and they also gave many good advices about the cranes. During this week, the client Mr. Ben has already confirmed the order of one unit 50 Ton telescopic crawler crane SMQ500D model, it is a start of our long term business cooperation.
SMQ500D 50T telescopic crawler crane is our own developed products, which maximum load capacity is 50T, and maximum load moment is 185 T•M. The total weight of this type crane is 62T and length is 13.85m. When under working condition, the width is 4.76m, while 3.3m for transportation. Crane’s height is 3.108m with 10.8-40m length boom and 7.5m jib. Whole crane is composed by three parts, carriage, turntable and arm. The carriage is welded as a closed box by plates with different directions to increase construction stability. The turntable is a combination structure of closed box and single web plates. The arm frame is adopted with U Shape section, which has good stretch proof ability,increase boom length and outststretch working range in full extend.
