XCMG's Integrated Solution of "Scenario + Product" Debuted at Bauma 2025
On April 7, local time, XCMG Group brought more than 60 products in 7 categories to bauma 2025, bringing integrated solutions of "scenario + product" to global customers.
The XCMG products exhibited this time highlight "intelligent manufacturing + low carbon", of which 40% are new energy products, which is also closely echoed with XCMG's exhibition theme of "Solid Innovation for Green Tomorrow Green Innovation Drives the Future". XCMG's first hybrid all-terrain crane XCA60EV developed specifically for the European market can achieve "zero emission" operation; pavers, milling machines, light rollers and other products provide "intelligent full-scenario" solutions; XZ450E-R horizontal directional drilling guidance speed increased by 200% and mud consumption reduced by 60%.
Yang Dongsheng, Chairman and Party Secretary of XCMG Group and XCMG Machinery, said that XCMG has always adhered to the corporate mission of "engineering technology leads, equipping for a better future", committed to achieving sustainable development, and providing global customers with more efficient, intelligent and environmentally friendly full life cycle solutions. At present, XCMG has achieved green electrification of its entire product line, and the penetration rate of "Green Mountain Green" new energy products has reached 19%.
At bauma 2025, XCMG held a "high-end complete equipment batch delivery ceremony", and a batch of high-end lifting machinery, digital technology complete earthmoving equipment, horizontal directional drilling equipment, new energy excavators and complete road equipment were delivered to customers in batches.
XCMG also released the new generation of global Internet of Vehicles platform Xrea system. The platform integrates the Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing and AI technology, strives to create global seamless connectivity, and provides PC and App dual-end support covering more than 10 languages. Through intelligent data analysis, fault and maintenance reminders, data sharing management and other functions, customers can easily manage and operate equipment no matter where they are.
At the exhibition, the first all-electric pump truck of Schwing, Germany, and the Ultra Eco pure electric mixer truck jointly developed with XCMG were released. This is not only another fruitful result of the technical integration of the two parties, but also a powerful practice for the global construction machinery industry to move towards zero emissions, low energy consumption and high efficiency.
In order to accurately locate customer needs and enable the improvement of local service capabilities, the XCMG European Training Center was officially established. It will provide services to dealers, customers and all European subsidiaries in terms of brand promotion, market sales, service guarantee, etc., and open a new model for local talent training. At the same time, XCMG's Italian subsidiary and XCMG's first self-built financing platform in Europe, European Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., were unveiled and established, which will accelerate the layout of marketing and financial services in the "Europe, America and Australia" market, and help XCMG achieve the coordinated development of the whole ecosystem of "research-production-supply-sales-service-financing".
