Mauritius Clients Visited XCMG Factory

On August 1, 2023, I received a proactive notification from my esteemed client from Mauritius, informing me of their two-week trip to China, with Shanghai being their first stop. This client has been a loyal client, having purchased machinery parts from us in the past. We have always maintained communication, and this time, I took the opportunity to inquire about their itinerary, arrange airport pickup, and extend an invitation to visit our company, as well as schedule a factory tour.

On the first day of their visit, I introduced the client to our company's background and main business. They expressed interest in a specific XCMG excavator model, and as a result, I made an early reservation for a factory visit to XCMG Machinery. During the factory tour, I noticed that the client had a deep understanding of the machinery, and they asked several questions regarding the configurations, which I was more than happy to answer. The factory experience left them highly impressed.
