The newly launched lineup included advanced concrete pump trucks, mixer trucks, batching plants, and intelligent system solutions, receiving strong recognition from attending clients and industry representatives. The showcase reaffirmed Zoomlion’s leading position in the concrete machinery sector.

Among the highlights was Zoomlion’s new 76-meter concrete pump truck, which became the center of attention. The model features the company’s third-generation lightweight structural design and high-strength steel, pushing new boundaries in boom length and rigidity. It stands out as the longest boom configuration available on a 5-axle chassis. Equipped with the third-generation vibration reduction technology, the truck offers improved stability during operation.

The model also incorporates a low-resistance pumping mechanism, cutting-edge energy-saving technology, and an advanced warning system. These enhancements significantly improve efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and strengthen intelligent safety performance.

Zoomlion also unveiled three new models in its Lingguan III series of mixer trucks, including a 12m³ fully electric mixer. This model is powered by the upgraded Smart E-Control 2.0 system, featuring dynamic power adjustment, energy recovery, advanced thermal management, and a multifunctional motor — all of which help reduce energy usage significantly.

It integrates a self-developed 13.3kWh high-capacity battery with IP68 water resistance and strong endurance. Dual 600A fast charging ports ensure extended range and rapid recharging. The truck also comes equipped with smart health management, one-click washing, remote dispatching, and fault diagnostics, delivering a comprehensive upgrade in efficiency and intelligence.

Also introduced were the Lingzhi III batching plant, known for its fast installation, high precision, and labor-saving intelligent control, and the Pioneer III wet spraying machine, designed for high-efficiency and high-performance applications. Zoomlion’s first-of-its-kind integrated station-truck-pump management system was also unveiled, offering clients a more streamlined and intelligent construction solution.

As part of the event, guests visited the Zoomlion Smart Industrial City’s Concrete Machinery Park, home to the company’s state-of-the-art lighthouse factory for concrete pumping equipment. This facility leverages advanced technologies such as AI-driven decision-making, visual recognition, laser scanning, and 3D modeling. With over 200 AGVs and 220 robots, the factory achieves over 90% automation in key processes and 100% data acquisition, enabling the production of one concrete pump truck every 27 minutes on average.

This new product launch and showcase not only highlighted Zoomlion’s cutting-edge technological breakthroughs, but also demonstrated its commitment to providing more competitive and sustainable solutions to global clients.
