Egypt - 1 Unit XCMG XZ2860 Horizontal Directional Drilling

On November 13th, 2020, EVANGEL exported one unit of XCMG XZ2860 Horizontal Directional Drilling to Egypt.

1.Numerical meter displays the working torque, push or pull force, and so on parametric in working conditions. The electronic sensor has a rapid reaction and can show overload immediately. It also ensures the accuracy and delay of the traditional hydraulic meter’s indication. It solves the matter to depend on the operator to calculate the torque and force by the equipment’s switch directive.  
2.Drill frame slide by the cylinder. Combine with link weldment. It is easy safe and simple to adjust the entry angle of the equipment. The gearbox adopts three methods to avoid the strike on the end of the drill frame. So it is safer for the HDD.
3.Dual-engines are used. The HDD has all the motion on the condition of any engine starting. Multi-condition technology of adjusting the travel speed combining with the multi-speed control of rotation and push or pull make HDD suitable to the complex geology. You can use one engine in the condition of the small pipe diameter to reduce fuel consumption. So it is inexpensive in construction.
4.Clamp can travel on the drill frame. It has the future of big torque and convenience of cathead. The HDD adopts the patent of rotation tooth. It is easy to achieve in clipping the pipe. It is reliable in clamping.
5.The HDD adopts Overload protection. Torque and force and the cylinder can adjust by the digital technique. It is easy and simple to adjust. and can be betokened in advance.
6.The HDD’s rotation adopts a closed hydraulic system and its push or pull adopts load sensitivity technology. The main part of hydraulic and electric and transmission are made of world first-class brand products, good performance, good reliability.
