Stepping Into the World of Steel Giants at INTERMAT 2024

On 25 April 2024, a representative from MCmart Global – the 3D Marketplace of Construction Machinery visited INTERMAT 2024 in Paris, one of the world’s most influential exhibitions for construction machinery and sustainable building technologies.

Upon entering the halls, he was immediately surrounded by towering machines: CAT material handlers, massive Komatsu excavators with mining trucks, LiuGong’s bright green electric models, Volvo’s hydrogen fuel-cell concept hauler, Liebherr’s sky-reaching cranes, Develon’s next-generation loaders, Kobelco’s signature blue excavators, and Merlo’s agile telehandlers.

This edition of INTERMAT placed strong emphasis on low-carbon, electric, and digital innovation, reflecting the industry’s accelerating shift toward sustainability. Exhibitors from Europe, Asia, and beyond showcased advancements in electric powertrains, hybrid systems, connected job-site solutions, and energy-efficient engineering—areas that closely align with MCmart Global’s sourcing priorities.

Throughout the exhibition, the MCmart Global representative focused on identifying advanced machinery for global buyers, especially excavators, loaders, cranes, dumpers, and access equipment. He also evaluated low-emission models that meet modern ESG and regulatory standards, built relationships with OEMs, dealers, and rental companies, and documented real machine details to support MCmart Global’s expanding library of immersive 3D digital equipment assets.

Live demonstrations brought the event to life: buckets lifting under dramatic Paris skies, cranes rotating effortlessly, and electric equipment operating almost silently. These moments highlighted the rapid transformation of the construction sector toward machinery that is bigger, smarter, and greener.
